

While living in London, owner/chef, Leslie Mclean was influenced by his upbringing in Jamaica, travels and life experiences. Leslie expanded his food adventures, catering to a plethora of private schools in London spanning over a decade.
He supplied forty local restaurants with their weekly pastries; all the while, meticulously learning the craft of food preparation, appropriate sanitation and stellar service. Being afforded the opportunity to apply a lifetime of lessons in hard work, determination and tenacity to his dream of owning his own bakery came as a blessing in disguise when he emigrated to the USA.
