CEO's Background
While living in London, Leslie McLean was influenced by his upbringing in Jamaica, travels, and life experiences which led him to embark on a career in the Food Services Industry. Leslie expanded his food adventures by catering to a plethora of private schools in London, spanning over a decade. He also supplied over forty (40) local restaurants with their weekly pastries; all the while, meticulously learning the craft of food preparation, appropriate sanitation, and stellar customer service
Leslie immigrated to the U.S.A. in 2011, and never stopped pursuing his dream. Being afforded the opportunity to apply a lifetime of lessons in arduous work, determination, and tenacity to his dream of owning his own bakery/manufacturing facility, became a reality when he founded Flakes N Ting LLC in 2017.

Flakes N Ting is registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration - FDA (with registration number: - 15230343504); Bucks County Department of Health; and certified and inspected by the U.S. Department of Agriculture – USDA (with Establishment Nos. 47168/P-47168) for the Beef & Chicken products produced at the facility.
Flakes N Ting complies with all USDA FSIS requirements for Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) systems as well as the Sanitation Standard Operating Practices (SSOP); to guarantee the production and sale of safe and wholesome products.
